Roxana Blanco, born on November 6, 1967, is a Uruguayan actress known for her work in film, theater, and television. She won the best actress award at the Biarritz Film Festival twice; once in 2005 for 'Alma Mater' by Álvaro Buela, and again in 2012 for 'The Delay'. Blanco starred as the female lead in 'El Muerto y ser feliz' (2012), a film about a hitman who decides to flee towards the north of Argentina upon learning of his impending death.
