Vollständige Biografie
Roberta Angelica is a Maltese-born actress who has built a diverse career in film and television since the late 1990s. Often credited under her birth name Roberta Sammut in earlier projects, she first gained international attention with roles in high-profile cult films and thrillers.
She is perhaps best known for her appearances in the action-thriller The Boondock Saints (1999) and the horror-musical Repo! The Genetic Opera (2008). Throughout the early 2000s, Angelica became a frequent presence in North American productions, often cast in mysterious or supporting roles within the sci-fi and crime genres. Her filmography includes notable titles such as the corporate thriller Cypher (2002), the dystopian sci-fi film Absolon (2003), and the drama Ararat (2002), directed by Atom Egoyan.
In the thriller Jill Rips (2000), starring Dolph Lundgren, she portrayed the character Katie, contributing to the dark, noir-inspired atmosphere of the film. Her television work is equally extensive, featuring a recurring role as Trish in the basketball drama series The Hoop Life (1999–2000), as well as guest appearances in popular series like Earth: Final Conflict, Lexx, and Soul Food. Standing 5' 7" tall, Roberta Angelica has established herself as a versatile performer capable of navigating both independent cinema and mainstream genre features.
