Born on February 2, 1988, in Crawley, Sussex, Nicola Fishwick — known in the early stages of her career as Nicola Paige — is a British actress and voice-over artist whose professional journey began with a stroke of luck. In 2006, she was discovered in a crowd by filmmaker Benjamin Johns in Greenwich, leading to her first experience in front of the camera. This initial exposure quickly paved the way for more significant opportunities; after impressing casting director Steve Daly with her natural talent, she secured her first official film role as Shelley, an aspiring glamour model, in the 2007 feature Octane (also known as Dolphins).
That same year, she appeared in the cult classic crime drama Rise of the Footsoldier (2007), where she played the role of a barmaid (credited as Lucy or Stacey in some sources). Following these early successes, Fishwick took a decade-long hiatus from the film industry.
