Vollständige Biografie
Ingrid Greer (1948–1981) was an American actress whose career in the late 1970s and early 1980s was tragically cut short. Born on January 4, 1948, in New York, she eventually moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. She is perhaps best remembered for her appearance in the 1981 boxing drama Body and Soul, a remake starring Leon Isaac Kennedy. In the film, Greer portrayed the character credited as "Hooker #2" and was featured in a prominent scene alongside Kennedy, Ola Ray, and Laurie Senit.
Beyond her role in Body and Soul, Greer’s filmography includes the 1978 movie Hell Hole and a guest appearance as Marie in an episode of the popular television series CHiPs. Outside of her acting work, she was married to Bertram A. Isaacs. Ingrid Greer passed away on December 19, 1981, in Los Angeles at the age of 33, just as the film Body and Soul was released to audiences. Due to her relatively small filmography and the timing of her death, she remains a figure of interest primarily among cult cinema enthusiasts and film historians focusing on early 80s independent productions.
