Aimee Lou Wood is an acclaimed British actress and screenwriter who rose to international prominence through her breakout role as the endearing Aimee Gibbs in the hit series Sex Education. Her performance earned her the 2021 BAFTA Television Award for Best Female Comedy Performance, establishing her as one of the industry's most versatile talents.
A graduate of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), Wood has successfully balanced high-profile television projects with prestigious stage and film work. She garnered critical praise for her role in the 2022 drama Living and took on the iconic role of Sally Bowles in the West End production of Cabaret.
