Geschichte
After inheriting her aunt's house, Colleen and her two daughters move in. On their first night, murderers invade the home, forcing Colleen to fight to save her daughters' lives. The traumatic event causes the sisters to diverge in personality: Beth becomes a successful horror author with a perfect family in Los Angeles, while Vera remains in the house with Colleen and suffers from paranoia.
